OVERALL RESULTS | SESSION ARCHIVE

The 2020 Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials Nationals Powered by Hagerty is a celebration capping off the season-long Time Trials National Tour, with the feel of a National Tour event on steroids. Everything about the four-day event is bigger – the attendees (well, at least the number of them!), the track time, and, most importantly, the fun!

This year’s event, naturally, will incorporate the safety aspects necessary in the age of the COVID pandemic, but event officials have worked hard to maintain the feel and fun of the event within those parameters complete with the famed Hagerty Participant Party — social distance style.

Camping is available at the track, and limited food and drink vendors will be on site. Come to NCM Motorsports Park, spend the days with a host of like-minded track rats like yourself, and test yourself in the most accessible Time Trials event in the country.

Entry Fee: $395.00

Event Format

Drivers will tackle various configurations of the NCM Motorsports Park during the event. Thursday features three 20-minute practice sessions, which will be timed but not scored. Those three sessions will repeat on Friday, and your best time of the day will count in your final score. Saturday will feature a morning and afternoon TrackSprint session, adding two more elements to your final score. Sunday’s Time Attack sessions—when you know the track best—will be in small groups so you're ready to really lay down your ultimate best time. Those four weekend times will determine finishing order for the class and overall KONI Podium and trophies.

Transponders: If you don't have your own AMB- or Westhold-compatible transponder, you'll need rent one during registration, so watch for that.

Enhance Your Racing Experience

with APEX Pro!

APEX Pro makes data simpler. It combines a robust real-time LED display and an intuitive smartphone app for post-session data review. It uses the latest in Machine Learning and sensor technology to make logging data an enhancement to your experience at the track and NOT a time consuming, complicated process. Instant, intuitive, elegant, and social.

No matter the discipline of racing you do, APEX has you covered.

Data acquisition has quickly become a must-have tool for performance driving and SCCA Time Trials drivers can have a cost-effective, powerful data acquisition option thanks to APEX Pro. Available at all Tire Rack Time Trials National Tour events, APEX Pro’s unique units allow drivers to receive real-time feedback thanks to a compact unit mounted at the front of a car.

The APEX Pro unit mounts to your vehicles' dash and pairs to your Apple smartphone. It provides unique real-time feedback and data on how well you are driving compared to the car’s limit. After your session, your data is there ready for you to review on the APEX App. Using data is the best way to improve your lap times and prevent plateaus on your learning curve!

Comments
Dan Ireland

Is their any update on the current wait list?

Jon Raymond Krolewicz

Hey Dan, There won't be a formal update because we will add in each "next" person on the wait list as those who are registered withdraw. Right now the wait list is at nine people, and it has been as high as eleven.

Brandy Wiggans

We are moving people off the waitlist regularly, we currently have 6 waiting to be moved.

Casandra L.

How spectators register? Also, Is there any way to volunteer?

Col Chris Ingle

I like the look of that car toward the bottom...white with gray stripes.  ;)
